Thoughtful details make all the difference. Here are a few of our most common questions to help guide you through the process—from booking to wedding day.
How do I reserve my date?
To officially reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a 25% retainer. Dates are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are not held until both are received. The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
When is the final balance due?
Your remaining balance is due 21 days prior to your event date. For scheduling and sourcing purposes, no florals will be delivered or installed unless payment has been received in full.
Do you offer a final details call?
Yes. Approximately 6–8 weeks before your wedding, we’ll schedule a final call to confirm the details—final counts, timeline, delivery/install logistics, and any last refinements—so everything feels seamless and exactly as you envisioned.
Will I see a sample/mock-up of my flowers before the wedding?
TeeLee Floral & Events is a custom design studio. Because we source the freshest, most beautiful blooms available for your date, we do not provide mock-ups or previews of your exact wedding florals in advance. We encourage you to share inspiration images and trust your designer to translate your vision with intention and artistry.
If you’d like a hands-on design experience, we offer a by-request floral design session (“flower play” / preview-style consultation) for clients with a reserved date. Additional fees apply and availability is limited.
Do you guarantee specific flowers or exact colors?
We’ll always design within your chosen color palette and overall aesthetic. Because florals are seasonal and availability can shift, we can’t guarantee exact flower varieties or perfectly identical shades. If a substitution is needed, we’ll select blooms of equal or greater value that maintain the look, feel, and quality of your design.
Do you offer delivery and installation?
Yes—our services are available for pickup or for full delivery and professional installation. Delivery and install pricing is based on factors such as design complexity, time on-site, labor requirements, and logistics. We’ll walk you through everything during your consultation and provide a clear breakdown in your proposal.
Do you provide strike/breakdown and rental item pickup?
Yes. We offer strike/breakdown and rental pickup as an added service. Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on timing, complexity, distance, and venue logistics.
Are your vases / stands / candles rentals?
Some vessels and décor pieces may be priced into your proposal for you to keep, while others are rental items.
If strike is included in your proposal, we will return to collect and handle the cleaning of all rental items.
If strike is not included, you are responsible for returning all rental items to us clean, in good condition, and in working order by the agreed-upon deadline.
A credit card hold is required for rental items. Fees may apply for items that are damaged, missing, or returned excessively soiled.
