1. Inquire & Share your Vision

When you’re ready to start dreaming up your florals, fill out our intake form below and share as much detail as you can—date, venue, style, colors, estimated guest count, and any “must-haves.”

We’ll review your inquiry, ask any follow-up questions, and set a time for your floral consultation. Consultations book up quickly, so we recommend reaching out early.

2. We Connect & Schedule Your Consultation

3. Your Floral Consultation

Bring your inspiration photos (if you have them) and be ready to dream up something magical. Consultations last 30–60 minutes, and we’ll guide you through the floral details, design options, and budget priorities—answering every question along the way.

4. Custom Proposal & Date Hold

Within about 10 days of our consultation, you’ll receive a customized proposal outlining everything we’ve envisioned. Your date will be held for 10 days while you review, request adjustments (we’re happy to refine!), and confirm the plan. Once you’re in love with it, you’ll pay the retainer to officially reserve your date on our calendar.

5. Final Details Call

About 6–8 weeks before your wedding, we’ll schedule a final call to confirm all the details—counts, timeline, delivery/install logistics, and any last design tweaks—so everything is exactly as you want it.

6. Wedding Week Magic

Now the best part: you get to relax, knowing that we’ll handle the flowers, the timing, and the finishing touches—bringing your vision to life beautifully and seamlessly on your wedding day.
